RIGA YOGA CLASS
An energizing signature blend of functional movement and the best Yoga lineages and methods. Vinyasa, Hatha, Katonah and Iyengar inspired sequences. A class for all levels with precise alignment cues for increased functionality and joy.

FLOW
String poses together using your breath, helping you drop in to gentle, tension-releasing vinyasa sequences, and emerge feeling strong and invigorated, relaxed and alert.

KATONAH YOGA
A syncretic Hatha yoga practice developed by Nevine Michaan. Classes include classical Hatha yoga with Taoist theory, geometry, magic, mythology, metaphor, and imagination. Classes are designed to potentiate personal and communal well-being using themes like asana as origami, manipulating form for function, and developing a sense of personal measure.

YIN
An hour of deep stretch of the connective tissues. Lots of time to breathe in each pose with extensive support of props. Deep relaxation and healing.

PRENATAL
A 60min yoga class designed for women in their first, second, and third trimesters. A safe space to move, breathe, and stretch. A soothing practice where you can feel supported and secure while gaining strength and flexibility.

Private sessions will help you understand your uniqueness and what it means for your yoga practice. We will address any issues that may require more personal attention than available in a class setting.
